Winetalkvn là trang blog cá nhân của Nguyễn Thanh Dung.
Vì sommelier còn là một ngành mới mẻ ở Việt Nam, nên tôi giới thiệu qua về quá trình theo đuổi nghề nghiệp rượu vang và những dấu ấn nhỏ.
Tôi theo học rượu vang trong khóa Quản trị khách sạn nhà hàng tại trường Swiss Hotel Management School, Leysin, Thụy Sĩ năm 2011. Sau đó, tôi tiếp tục khóa Master về Quản trị và quảng bá rượu vang tại trường INSEEC Bordeaux.
Nghề sommelier có thể làm nhiều công việc hơn là chỉ phục vụ trong nhà hàng. Tôi đã làm 3 năm cho công ty nhập khẩu và phân phối rượu vang với vị trí Giảng viên đào tạo và Quản lý bán lẻ. Tôi đã tham gia thiết lập một nhà hàng Pháp rộng 1500m2 từ giai đoạn công trình, thu mua đến vận hành, và danh mục rượu vang 385 loại của nhà hàng đã được giải thưởng Best of award of excellent của tạp chí Wine Spectator. Năm 2016, tôi đạt Giải nhất cuộc thi Best Sommelier tại Việt Nam, và Giải Ba châu Á trong cuộc thi The Best Sommelier of Asia in French wines, do Sopexa tổ chức.
Hiện tại, tôi giữ vị trí Brand Ambassador tại Việt Nam cho thương hiệu ly Riedel, Giám đốc kinh doanh, đào tạo và marketing cho Công ty TNHH Hầm rượu Việt Nam (WINECELLAR.vn).

I am not a person that would like to show title or awards, but in the market that sommelier is still a new career, I have to give some information for the trust of the audiences.
I studied wine in a Hotel Operation Management PGD program in Swiss Hotel Management School in 2011. Then I moved to INSEEC Bordeaux for a Master degree in Wine marketing and management.
I worked 3 years in a wine company as Wine educator & Retail manager.
I spent 2 years set up a 1500m2 fine dining restaurant from constructions, purchasing to operation. The 385-ref wine list here got 2-glasses Best of award of excellent from Wine Spectator, only 2 restaurants in Vietnam got this award. https://restaurants.winespectator.com/restaurant/4431/the-clover-at-ngoc-thuy
2016, I participated in the contest organized by Sopexa and became the first female Sommelier won the Best sommelier of Vietnam in French wines 2016. I then achieved the Second-runner up (3rd place) in the Best sommelier of Asia in French wines contest, and won a Trophy in Provence wines.
I am currently working as Director of Sales, Marketing and Training for WINECELLAR.vn, aka Brand Ambassdor for the Riedel Brand in Vietnam.
